Dunwoody Place Apartments

Nice Apartment, poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Apartments are nice with some good features like washer/dryer included in the apt, bagel/juice/coffee each morning at clubhouse and spacious bathrooms and walk in closets. Extremely convenient for MARTA (connected by bridge to North Springs station) However, we found that if we had a problem (which we did with a water leak into our unit from above) the inexperienced management was not very thorough with follow-up and lacked empathy or concern.
