Dunwoody Place Apartments

Nice Community, Great Aparments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have been a resident in Dunwoody Place since May 1, 2002. I was originally in a two-bedroom roommate plan (fantastic floorplan, by the way) and I now live in a one bedroom. While rent may be a bit high for some -- it is comparable for what is going in the area. In both apartments, I have enjoyed spacious closets and huge bathrooms. I'm a college student in Downtown Atlatna, so the MARTA access (via a connecting bridge) is a really great feature. While not all office staff members are as helpful as others -- I have learned who to talk to and any issues I have had have been taken care of promptly and correctly. The community is quiet and well kept. All in all, I have thouroughly enjoyed my time here.
