Dunwoody Place Apartments

Sucks big time! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Lame company sucks. They charge you extra if paying the rent by a credit card. Be it summer or winter, the apartments always have some sort of bugs. The vinyl floors in kitchen and bathroom are not of good quality at all. However hard you try cleaning it, they are never sparkling clean. The maintenance does not come by immediately.The manager Chris is a fool.He has no idea what questions you are asking and their answers.
