Dunwoody Place Apartments

I must be living in a different community! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I can't believe some of the reviews I've read! I feel like I must be living at a different property! Since I've lived here, which has been about 14 months, I have had nothing but good experiences. I did get a larger rent increase when my lease was up than what I had expected. But they have made a lot of improvements to the staff and property since I have been here so I was willing to pay a little more. Like one of the other reviewers said, you get what you pay for. I have seen a lot of bad reviews on the maintenance staff but I don't see that. Most of the work orders that I have had have been taken care of the same day! And the guys are always really nice and have smiles on their faces. As far as the office staff goes, there have been a lot of changes but if you look at the staff today you can clearly see the difference. The changes have definitely been good changes. Maybe they could do some improvements to the landscaping inside the gate and they could probably monitor the students a little better but they are making changes and you would know that if you read the newsletters they send out each month!
