The previous post that all the negative comments are written by other apartments is totally false. My step-dad lived here years ago and it was an awesome place full of professional people. When i moved in i was surprised to find that they had started allowing students from a nearby college to convert apartments into dorms. They were living 2 students to a room. I KNOW THIS IS TRUE because the apartment above me was converted into a dorm. I had to call the police several times because they were drinking and cussing and stomping on the floor. When I called the police the last time they threatned me and my kids at 3:00 in the morning. Only after calling the police again and putting this in the report did management move the students. That's right, they moved the "dorm" instead of kicking them out. Also, it is true that there were several robberies and break-in's. There WAS a major drug bust and there WAS an apartment robbed......twice. Shady people (Black and white) hang out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Do not move in her under any circumstances unless you are a student.
Management was rude to me one time but has been nothing but professional all the other times. The maintenance staff is top notch. The community is the pits.
Also, the apartments are run down and i would not call this LUXURY living.
