Valet Trash = More money for them From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I used to enjoy living here, but not anymore. The new management team is the most unfriendly people ever! Just like the previous person mentioned, the valet trash service is another way to charge us. I rather take care of my trash by myself than leave the trash in front of my door. Imagine this extra revenue they are getting. I bet they will increase the rent by BIG HIKE when my current lease expires. I cannot afford to buy a house yet, and I think they know.
