don't move in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I moved into this complex in 2004 and was very pleased with the apartment and management at that time. But now, I am ready to get the hell out. The yearly renewal rates are outrageous. The first year my rent went up $40 per month and this year it has gone up $77 per month. They implemented trash valet removal and failed to let the tenants know that it would increase their rent $20 per month. The management has changed about 4 or 5 times since I have lived here. The walls are paper thin and the containers they put outside of our doors to pick up trash look so tackey! The tenant demographic has changed from professional to the hood!
