Dunwoody Place Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived in Dunwoody Place for two years and did not report a single complaint other than basic maintenance issues. The people who report problems with this community are most likely those that also cause the problems, which is the main reason I left earlier this year. While they make the approval process seem strict, the quality of neighbors greatly decreased over the past two years--from young professionals and working families to student housing. However, the property manager was always quick to address my needs and the maintenace staff is excellent. Depending on your building, you're likely to have, at minimum, a decent experience there.
