Yo!

Don't Move Here

They have started bumping rent $100 every renewal period.

They enter your apartment whenever they please with no prior notice, then leave no note to inform that they've been there.

I had a wonderful treadmill that I couldn't use because the tenants below me complained of the noise.

If you want to transfer to another apartment, they treat you like you just walked in off the street regardless of how long you've lived there. You will be required to pay the app fee, the deposit fee, the admin fee, the these and those fees too.

Someone in the complex bashed into the side of my car and left. Of course the complex provides no help at all. Your on your own if anything happens to you.

Since I'm on the topic of these happening... Someone was robbed and the leasing office sent out letters reminding tenants that their concern is their property and their investment. They went so far to say that any measure of security that they implement are not intended to protect the residents - welcome to Dunwoody place apartments, check please.

The "valet" trash service is DP's way of giving convict cousin Vinny a job, and forcing a $20 tax on residents. DP found a way to generate an additional $8000 a month($20x400Units), and piss all their residents off. Nobody asked for this BS valet service which they also have the audacity to fine you for as they please. A few lazy people leave their garbage around and suddenly I have to pay for someone to remove it. BS!

DP ripped me off with the "new" water company. One thing is when you get a bill from them, you can never verify it. My monthly water usage is typically $35. I received a bill for $146 when they made the so-called transition and no one could explain why.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT move into a first floor apartment here unless you like being greeting by strangers standing over you in your sleep. The way the apartment is built, it is easier than pie for an intruder to enter from any window or walk right in from the wide open patio area.

Speaking of patio, the patio is worthless because it is overrun by the huge fast nasty waterbug roaches everyone's talking about in their reviews. It's also frequently by rodents, pick your choice - beavers, rabbits, rats, racoons, squirrels, everything! Whatever you leave out will be doo-doo'd on by these visitors.

As you prepare to move out, you will be given a list of fees they will charge if your apartment is not spotless. It includes fees for minor infractions such as dusty blinds and ceiling fan.

Buyer beware
