I just found this website today and cannot believe what I am reading. I have lived here for 4years and have never had a major issue. I have had things break, but they are always fixed quickly. Parking isn't always great, but I have never lived in an apartment that had wonderful parking before. All of the people in the offfice are really nice now ( there were a few in the past that may not have been) and the folks in there have all been there for a while, almost a year with all the same people. Yes, my rent does go up when I renew my lease, but that is what happens in apartments. I love living here and would reccommend it to anyone. As for the crime and other things people talked about is is not bad. There have been a few times when some cars were broken into, but again that happens in apartments. I would consider this a safe community. I also walk my dog every night and know that almost all of my neighbors really like it here too. The only reason I ever hear of them leaving is to buy a house or because work is moving them.

I`m considering moving to your community. have you heard about any inicidents because of the access to the MARTA station? It worries me that someone would try to get in breaking the access gate or something.

Access to MARTA is definately an issue, I did not live at this community but a few years back I lived at another with direct access, and all I have to say is to avoid it, The only thing direct access to MARTA allows is for the rift raft to access the property... If you want to use MARTA, walk or drive to the station(its free parking anyways)... Also, dont take too much from these comments about how great the community is, typically they are made by leasing staff at these properties...

so silly... are you such a pessimist that you can't believe someone would write something nice about where they live. i'd hate to hang out with you -couldn't handle the negative energy you emit. i've loved a couple apartment communities where I have lived (problems and all)...:)
