Dunwoody Place Apartments

I'm happy From: soccer_matt Date posted: 7/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I have lived here since 2001 and have to say that I think the people here now are the best I have seen. They are responsive and always seem to get things taken care of. The gates work now when they did not always used to and this summer we have had no crime a big improvement over the last few summers. I have never had my rate increase more than $30.00 and my neighbors have never told me they gat a $100.00 increase either. I ad a noisy student eighbor once, but the office handled the situation for me and I never had an issue again. I really like it here and would recommend it to any one.
