Dunwoody Place Apartments

Caught a Peeking Tom lurking around From: mscott1971 Date posted: 4/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   I lived in Dunwoody Place for all of 6 week until my chihuahua caught a stalker hiding in a bush at night. There were no lights for the buildings facing the woods and I could barely see as I took my dogs out for a break. My chihuahua charged into the bushes and a guy dressed all in black jumped up and ran off. I was pertified and I told the neighbor about the guy looking into her window. I went home shaking because the guy was only a few feet from me and if I didn't have a noisy dog who knows what he would have done to me. I called the police and they were out to my appartment in 15 minutes were they proceed to catch the perp looking into my windows. I contacted the office the next day and advised the Police indicated it was unsafe to note have lights on the back of the buildings esp. since the area was wooded and had many shrubs against the windows. I was advised by managment that they couldn't promise anything but they would try and get lights out there. I gave them a 30 day notice that if they did not have night lights behind the building because of my safety I was moving. 30 days later no lights and they charged me a termination fee of over 3000.00 which was not right as it should have been 2 months rent and they never sent a collection notice they just put in on my credit report. They are not decent people at all SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
