Hands down this is the best apartment and apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am so use to coming home to a rude staff, rude people, dirty grounds, and noise. Here I am in true paradise. When there has ever been a maintenance issue it was handled immediately. Since the flood, many were affected on the property myself included. The entire staff and maintenance staff worked with us to ensure that we were ok in our home.

The Leasing staff is incredible! They do not treat you like a number or an annoyance, but as a person with a concern. They address you by name and not by apartment number. I have witnessed a troubled resident approach a member of the staff with unnecessary rage. The staff member was calm and in my opinion handled the situation properly. The resident was not pleased. But I think it was just because they wanted something more than perfection....crazy I know. My favorite person on staff is Kim because she is friendly, straight forward, and organized. Out of everyone in the office I like and trust her the most!

Everyone here works hard to keep us all happy and I couldn't have picked a better place to live for the last 5 months!

This has to be an employee of Dunwoody Place because the Property Manager is terrible and break-ins occur daily.

There is no way this post above is from someone living at Dunwoody Place apartments. The staff usually can't find your packages and get irrated easily. Kim is very polite but has no pull if there is an issue. I wish I could post pictures of the bug infestation I've had for 2 months plus the horror stories of break in's on several occassions.

Really, DunwoodyPlaceisShit? Break-ins occur daily? I've lived at Dunwoody Place for almost 3 years now and I know that break-ins DO happen...but pull the crime reports for the area in general and you'll see that it's not just this complex. And we do not get break-ins "daily". Every now and again. And criminals in this area typically target GATED communities because they know that the people there have nice stuff take from behind those gates. Next time you decide to bash a place, perhaps you should have your facts straight. You sound rather bitter in my opinion. To the other responder, I've never had an experience with anyone in the office who's come off as easily irritated, but I must say that Kimberly is the best one they have. She seems to genuinely LIKE being there. Does anyone know if she really lives in the complex?
