They need to complete upgrades/close gates

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
They could use more quality materials when rennovating apartments, however, upgrades and specials make it very worthwhile. The gates need to be closed, and the carpets in the vestibules need to go. Another maintenance man would also help. A so, so community but cool if you are on a budget.
