I am from the South Bronx in NY, so I know a bit about ghetto life, but these are the worst apts I've ever lived in my entire life! Where do I start'!! First of all the pools suck (always filthy), the tennis court is a joke, my neighbor came home to find a strange man in her apt, constant noise, the leasing office kept sending me late rent notices even though I always pay before the 1st of the month. I signed a 6 month lease and I have never seen the gate work in the entire 6 months. Why even have a gated property if it doesn't work' If you have young daughters don't live here. There are so many mexican men and they can't take their eyes off the young girls (even the little girls in their swim suits.....sick!) Maintanence never fixes anything. I mean never! I left and moved down the block to Barington Canyons on Roswell Rd. Best decision I could have made! Emperian sucks so bad I called the leasing office when I left and cursed them out!

It is so unfortunate to have this response, but I have lived here for more than 8 years and your review of this place is one of the kindest things that you could have had about this GHETTO FABULOUS community that they want you to call HOME!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!
