First of all they are problems no matter where you live. Just when you think its better its much worse somewhere else. To make it short and sweet buy a house. My experience here at Empirian at Northridge is good and pretty much what you're going to experience at any other property. I used to live somewhere really nice and paid damn there $1000 service was just as any service for a section 8 property.
