but you probably can't afford it, which is why you rent at the empirian at the first place. Everyone ------- about where they live, be it shadow pines, dunwoody pointe, azalea park, dunwoody club, hampton hill, or any of the other local dumps. they are all the same. Maybe if you lived at Post you would be happy, but that is in a whole different price range than all the above mentioned apartment complexes. So get over it. You get exactly what you pay for.

I dis-agree! I'm NOT GETTING what I paid for. I'm getting what I DIDN'T pay for. I surely didn't pay to be invaded by pests. I didn't pay to have cold water in winter because there is no maintenacce to keep the water heater working properly. And no AC in the summer because the maintenance don't know what they are doing, beyond janitorial work. I must have missed those clauses when I read my lease agreement.Thought I read that Empirian was a "gated complex" I didn't read that to mean gates that are ALWAYS OPEN to all kinds of people
