I look over the reviews and it doesn't surprise me that there are more bad than good. I lived at Empirian at Northridge for 2yrs and I enjoyed my stay there before buying a home. You're going to experience these problems where ever you move to so good luck moving to whatever community of your choice although you will make changes every single year. In some cases its not always the management its the residents that are irresponsible and nasty and disrespectful and they expect so much when they are causing the damn headaches. The best way to go without all the hussle and bussle is to buy a damn house and call it a day. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
