I lived there for 18 months and I'm sure that I was a great tendant, I only called them whenever I needed something fix.
I didn't see my apartment before I moved to Georgia and I was not satisfy with the way it looked but I also didn't have any choice. My cabinets and bathroom were horrible. I told them to fix the medicine cabinet on 10/2005 and told them that I wanted to have it fix before the holidays. They fixed it on 2/2006 they said that they had order it but that the maintenance guy was on vacation. The cabinet was so cheap that it lasted only a couple of hour after they installed it.

I can't believe that I have $187 on my credit report from Emperian without getting not 1 letter explaining the charges or telling me when is the payment due. I am very upset, I know $187 is not much ( also my $200 deposit that was not giving to me) they should've send me a letter not just put it in my credit. I went to see them and they claim that I messed up their cabinets, ugly cabinets that was already bad before I moved there.

I will make sure that no one I know rent with them, they are the worse experience I ever had in Atlanta. Autumn, you should find a better job sweetie, you are too nice to be in that place.
