STAY FAR AWAY - EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE! From: sucks2rent Date posted: 9/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a current tenant there and its been a nightmare. They are a bunch of IDIOTS. These fools deposited my rent check twice and caused me to get late charges and rent fees. They did NOT even have the decency to call me to notify me about what had transpired. My bank sent me a notice about the mishap and EMPIRIAN dropped off a letter at my door. Now they are hounding me to get a Statement showing the rent has been paid. They never return phone calls. The pools are always NASTY and out of service. They claim they have a gym and they mislead you into purchasing a key when the gym is non existent, after trying to get your $35 dollar deposit back for the key, they stiff you telling you to wait until your least is up! The gates are always broken, they charge you a fee to get the swipe card that you never use. They are HORRIBLE! They are a bunch of MORONS! The cabinet doors look like crap. The toilets are dangerous!!! You can find cheaper places to live right up the street! Don't get suckered into their BS! FED UP!
