I currently live here. Had i known then (April 07') what i know now, (present) i would have never moved in here. I am currently looking for a way out of my lease, including buying a house, that will hard to pay for. The maintainance is lousy (at best), security is a joke,, office personnel is full of s**t (get my drift). Do yourself a favor and keep driving by this dump!!!!!!

I agree with you 100% The place is less than a dump. "Office personnel" (what office personnel... they not only full of s**t They overflow with s**t and then some... I lived there and could hardly wait to get out. Read your lease. You can get out of it. I may cost you your deposit and the last month or 2 rent at month to month rate. But I think it's worth it to be happy and be made feel like you are a paying customer (because you are a customer, even though they call you "resident")and not as if you were begging a lodging. Please encourage all your neighbors to leave that "rat-hole if they possibly could. Get everyone you can to write letters. When you have maintenance issues that are not fixed, Get your neighbours with issues to call the TV station (Bill List Channel 2) The only way sorry ass people will get their act together is to expose them publicy. All those apartment complexes are in an AssociationThat's the big "GAA" on your lease. They don't give a flyin s**t about "tenants" They only care about the money we pay them in rent. So why don't we form a renters Association. Organize people, ORGANIZE.
