I've been here for 2 yrs. I will be glad when my lease is up because I will be getting out for good.
Things they dont tell you:

Go to GBI and look for the sex offenders. Put in the zipcode. You will find that there are two that live in the complex.

There are 3 Half Way houses located on property for recovering addicts and alcoholics.

Northside Hospital pays rent for certain tenants because they are mental health patients.

They had to bring in 24 hr security due to gunshots.

Issues reported are never resolved. I did a walkthrough and reported items I was assured would be fixed. 2 yrs later and several reports later and still not fixed.

Management NEVER calls you back. You get put on hold and they never come to the phone.

If you are in a crunch and are looking for a cheap place, I am sure there are worse places. But, if you have children or looking for a safe place this is not the place to be.

The apartment itself is ok, its the surrounding neighbors that are the issue. This probably was a gorgeous apartment complex when it first came out.

Couldn't agree more... You are right. The complex was a great place to live during the mid 80s to mid 90s. Now the "management" (mis-managenent is a much better description) They are unbelieveably incompetent or just don't care about the tennants. I would not recommend the place, even as a last resort. A homeless shelter could be a better alternative

IVE BIN LIVIN AT THIS COMPLEX FOR 5 MONTHS NOW AND WAHT U ARE SAYING IS NOT TRUE. BEFORE I MOVED IN I READ ALL THESE POSTING AND HAD SECOND THOUGHTS. NOW THAT I HAVE MOVED IN THOSE STUFF U ARE TALKING ABOUT HAVE NOT OCCURED. IF YOUR HOUSE HAS ROACHES IS BECAUSE U DO NOT KEEP IT CLEAN HAVE U EVER THOUGHT OF DAT.
