I just recently moved in Dec.08. I have friends living here as well.I am very pleased with my experience so far. I was told that a new management company has taken over. My apartment is really nice and the people in the office are professional and very helpful. I like my new home!:)

I'm not sure what your standards are, but this place stinks! The management is nice and they probably do all that they can for a run-down place such as this one. Nothing personal against management, but maintenance and trash could be handled so much better. The trash compactors constantly overflow. They only spray for pests if you request it, and I don't think they do any outside pest control. Roaches are abundant. But if you don't mind that sort of thing...
