Billed as "luxury" this building is a fraud.

Westchester at Briarcliff, billed as "luxury" living, a year after opening, still has no effective way to dispose of trash, and the smell is awful! The apartemnts are filled with 20-somethings (who should not be able to afford the outrageous prices) and who have no consideration for their neighbors - the noise (and smoke)around the pool, until all hours of the night, is unacceptable. And using the pool area the next day is disgusting - cigarette butts, beer caps etc. The parking deck is a dangerous place to be . . .and management is trying to extort extra money for "reserved" parking spaces. This building does not live up to it's ads, and management staff is unresponsive and unconcerned about the lack of security. Stay away!!!
