I moved in over a month ago. There were some maintenance issues in the beginning (no hot water, leaky dishwasher, no air conditioner), but considering I'm the first one to live in this particular apartment...that's understandable. All of my issues were addressed in a reasonable amount of time, and now everything works perfectly. I recently moved from Post Lindbergh, and am impressed with the lack of noise and disrespectful behavior from the neighbors that I had grown used to there. The location is great and the park is a wonderful place to picnic or play with the dog. I got a great move-in special and the staff is very accomodating. Believe me, you could do much, much worse for your money. If you have to make someone rich by renting...don't let it be the Post dynasty.
