I am actually very surprised at the lack of smarts these people have. I have been here since day one, through the construction, ache and pains and I gotta tell you the office staff is top notch, not only accomodating but go over and beyond to make sure my requests are 100%. The office always has smiles and a lot of humor to offer, which where I came from "POST" there was not even a wich's cackle..old bats! The maintenance is great, I can remember several occasions when I saw one of the guys and asked a question or had a problem, they actually stopped what they were doing to help me, now you tell me how many aparetment companies focus on customer service like this' I have lived in Atlanta for 10 or so years and I can honestly say this is the best place ever. Breakfast and dinner, I get that here, anywhere else serves a hard muffin and cold coffee, I happen to like eggs and bacon and chicken fratadas from Eatzis and a great staff to enjoy it with, yes they actually are people to, not robots, and not the uptight twits I have encountered in my old sales offices.

So, to all of you who have a negative attitude I think you are just unhappy, pitiful, pompus people who have nothing better to do but complain because of nothing. My take is that you have tried to show how powerful you think you are and my guess is the office and maintenance folks just smiled, listened to your gripes and smiled, offered a great way to correct the problem and smiled again and said to have a great day and you did not know what hit you in the face! They are the best I have seen and it has most likey made you even more hostile to have to write trash like I have read.

I was actually in the E-Commerece room when one of those idiot wrote one and they shared it with me, tell me how smart was that' I told them to move, we did not want any one like them there anyway.

Will I renew my lease, yes. Will I pay more for the customer service and great treatment I get, yes. Will I let those idiots make me mad, NO. I will be here for a long time because not only have they made me feel great but they have made me part of the Westchester at Briarcliff family.
