Very Poorly Constructed and Managed

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Noise and accoustics are the key bad point here. Wall to wall is OK, but floor to floor is really bad. We Pay almost $1700 a month and we can't get any rest and the management won't do a thing about it.
