These apartments are great if you like to listen to your neighbors deal with life. If anyone lives above you, you can hear just about everything that goes on, from pulling the toilette paper to droping anything. Every little foot step becomes a part of your life and soon you will feel like you're a member of the family that lives above you.

There are so many unhappy people paying thousands of dollars for agrivation and a very poor lifestyle. This is one of the best examples of false advertising available today.

The leased are drawn up by Archstone Properties, however if something should go wrong Archstone claims that they just manage the property for an owner and therefore the Archston guuarantee does not apply to this property. In point of fact, the property is ownded by Archstone under a shell company named Ameritron Properties which is owned by Archstone. Becareful if you sign a lease here because the lease will have no corporate entity to hold liable for cause.

Bottom line this is the biggest rip off in Atlanta and anyone that moves here should think about negotiating out of their lease ASAP. Many people have retained lawyers just to do this. So if you want to make the next payment on your lawyers Lexus then by all means make the move to The Westchester at Briarcliff you'll be sorry you did.
