I just moved out last Tuesday. I have lived here for just under my full lease term of 18 months. We were able to get a new corner unit, top floor so I do not have too many noise complaints except that it seems that my neighbor below has a fantastic surround sound system as the bass reverberates through the aprtment almost nightly.
The Maintenance staff is very good and responsive while the leasing office staff is as bad as the maintenance staff is good. Unhelpful and downrite rude at times, especially if you have the displeasure of talking to them over the phone.
I agree with some of the previous comments around broken promises, like the breakfasts and dinners that mysteriously disappeared. The parking situation is awful although with everyone moving out it has improved quite a bit. No incidents as I was in one of the outer buildings. Gates almost never work which has prompted us to call those times free car stereo weekends. Trash compactor is always full on the weekends and garners a nasty odor and the bees. Have seen cars pull up, dump trash and leave. Not sure why the tennis courts are outside the gates because everyone in the areas uses them, leaving renters waiting behind non-residents.
Also not quite sure about the price outcries as our rent was very reasonable for a 2BR/2BA, under $1250 - and we paid an extra $25/mo for a storage shed on our level.
Overall a nice place with some issues - had no problems living there. If the leasing staff was at all helpful our experience would have been a sheer joy.
