Too many Car thefts

I have been at this complex for 6months and already my car has been broken into with my car stereo stolen. This same incident happended to my roommate 4 months back. In addtion to my car being broken into, five other vehicles had their cars broken into the same day as mine. This occurrence has been happening alot in our complex and everyone seems to believe that it is someone within the complex who is breaking into people's vehicles. At the same time, there is no security patroling this apartment nor are there any security cameras. The main office tends to be rude about this situation and fails to follow up incidents like these. I suggest anyone who wants to keep their car safe and from being broken into should not move here. Its so unsafe even in the parking garage and no one seems to do anything about it.
