what manager From: whatluxery Date posted: 10/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I know that I'm not the only person that never can find the manager. I always seem to deal with everyone else but her. I know that she exsist b/c I see her at her desk through window but when I go inside to speak with her the girls in the office take a message and says she is in a meeting or on a call. I knew a few months back that the property was for sale. One of the girls in the office has loose lips. I never got any letter from the manager letting me know. I hope the new owner will get a staff in there that really cares about the community. My car was broken into. Dog crap is right outside my patio. I always have trouble finding a parking spot. The noise from my neighnors keeps me up all night. My main concern is the story I get from my neighbors about mold in the first building. I was sold on the luxery of the apartments and the staff at that time acted top notch. Please do not be fooled. There are plenty of places in Atlanta to live that nice and cheaper.
