This apartment is brand new and well located one enough to attract people.
HOWEVER, it has so many problems.

1. Staffs had terribly bad manner.
2. One of my friends house (1st floor) in this community has severe mold because of the humidity from the ground. All of the furniture and clothes was severly damaged.
3. Another friend who lived on the third floor had to move to other floor because their footstep made serious noise to the downstairs resident. (They aren't noisy person at all) The problem was caused the building itself that can makes big noise with small movement.
3. My house was the most terrible.
Almost over five times, squirrel-like mouse showed up through the gap of the building.
It was terrible whenever I had to hear the sound of them and wake up in the middle of night because of their appearance.
Needless to say, staffs who reated this problem were very unkind.

Those two years were nightmare in my life.
I was told that this apartment is going to converted to condo, and I am really concern of someone who will buy this apartment without the information.

At most, properties offer a 12 or 13 month lease. How could the "two years" have been a nightmare. If you lived there for two years, it means that you re-signed your lease at least once.
