I have lived here for a year, and the place is not too bad. There are several things you should know about first, if you are thinking about moving in here. 1) I live on the ground floor and cannot open my blinds becuase of the people constantly walking their dogs right outside my windows. 2) I have never had a problem with parking. Yeah, sometimes I cannot get a spot right in front of the entrance, but its not a problem. 3) The security is not so good. My motorcycle was stolen over Christmas. I am pretty sure it was someone in the complex that threw it in the back of a truck and drove off with it. 4) The residents are nice and respectful. After my motorcycle was stolen, I had a neighboor offer me the use of his garage for parking if I got another one. 5) The actual apartment is very nice on the inside, everything is new, cleaan and works properly. Overall, this place is extremely expensive, but worth it.
