New name, but same horrible place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   New name is the ENCLAVE at BRIARCLIFF, but the place has not improved. This place is poorly constructed (cracks in wall, faucets leak, heat/air unit malfunctions, can easily hear neighbors and passerbys), and the office staff is rude. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up.
