I am on my seventh year @ this community. I can only offer praise. I have been part of the apartment industry for nearly 20 years. I can honestly say nothing but wonderful things about the way this community is managed. Tom (property Manager) is wonderful! Very professional, friendly. he is on top of everything. Chris (maintanence supervisior) is equally deserving of the same praise. Both have worked here for many years! They do not have high "turn over" in the office which makes dealing with the office so much more pleasant everyone remembers your name! This is a small, QUITE community! Remember I have a choice I could live on one of the communities owned but the company I work for! If this is within your budget do yourself a favor dont pass this community up!
