The community is at the south end of mid-town. You will get the good, bad and ugly of a city apartment complex. Good: Close to work, Marta, shopping, laundry, great eateries. Bad: city dwellers and housing challenged tend to hang out in front of the complex (Walking a dog a night can be an interesting experience). Ugly: car break-in's and shootings outside of the complex have happened. Make sure you have a good car alarm system and buy the Club for the steering wheel. This complex offers all of the diversity for living in the middle of a large city.
