it seems in the last few years, it has been harder to get things repaired! also for the million renovations did not go into the apartments. i would think they would want the apartments to look nice and improve the inside of the apartments since it is your home!

I agree totally. I have been a resident since 1999 also and the million dollar renovations is a joke. I appreciate the new and improved landscaping, but I didn't notice anything wrong with the old landscaping. I am experiencing issues with the tubs and sinks constantly peeling, and the fact that the hot water doesn't last long enough for two people to bathe. It seems like the once quiet neighborhood is no longer such. Who comes up with the figures for these water bills? Why do we get charged to water the landscaping daily? Why do the sidewalks need pressure washing? Why can't the residents that have been here for a while take precedence over improvements? What's the deal with our security? Are we really secure? Why doesn't management become more involved with the residents i.e. pool party, donuts in the morning, back to school bash.
