The management at Epic Lindmont ought to be ashamed to still be leasing these apartments. Looks can be very deceiving here. They are very old, but seemed charming...at first. We were able to look at the apartment we were going to lease before we actually signed the papers. The paint was new, the floor was polished and everything seemed clean to together. As soon as we moved in, roaches came out from EVERYWHERE. I couldn't believe it. We sprayed and the roaches still survived. It was horrifying! Most of the community is Latino and seem to keep A LOT of noise. I didn't have one peaceful night while living there. I complained to the leasing office and nothing. The water bills were sky high. They were like $60.00 per month because they aren't metered separately and so you pay for your neighbors who have 50 people living in one apartment. I broke my lease and now they want $6,000.00. How did they get that figure when I broke it only 1 month before my lease was up' They can forget about getting that money and if I have to go to court, I will.
