That caption bought my eye on this place. I was like dang the cheapest place in buckhead. I came down to the Leasing Office and walked.. I was spoken to in Spanish which is quite funny cuase I never thought of myself looking Latino...But I guess to the spanish girl we all look like her...whatever... the price is a. Unbeatable. but B. the experience of the property company and property manager and the leasing staff all have to be nubile. I mean how in the world can you get that many idiots to fill a space that small.
THe other week we had some girl go crazy and break a bunch of glass and break in doors and it was like 2 am in the morning. The cops, ambulance fire trucks were all involved.. But did the residences of Epic Lindmont Receive a letter stating what happended...No Theresa Soucy-Robertson and Tom, Velinda, Stacy, and Joan could all care less about what the residents think. You request a maintenence order in on Monday and you are calling them again the following Monday, asking them where the maintenence workers are coming and they are like I have no order ...even though you have it in writing from Joan or Stacy the two inncompetant leasing agents..Apparently the only people that have read the lease are the residents and not Tom Stokes, Property Management Owner, nor Theresa the Property Manager and I know the poor Leasing Agents have no clue how to read at all...

If it states that you have 72 hrs. to fix all Maintenence Requests then take the 3 days it will take your maintenance staff to go online and learn how tofix it... OR HIRE SOME DAMN PEOPLE WHOM ARE EXPERIENCED.
