Look Elsewhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived here since December 2004 and my experience has been less than thrilling. The worst issues are: roaches, loud music, rude neighbors, no significant management presence, gun fire, pathetic "courtesy officers," fighting, graffiti, and last but not least all hour "parties." DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you try to get out of your lease early, they will try to charge you ridiculous fees. In addition, they put a clause to make sure that if you try to break your lease early for "security" reasons they can still demand all of their unpaid rents...what does that say about the neighborHOOD...
