Not recommended, despite the look, space, price

When I first moved to the townhouse I was in such awe of the space, layout and hardwood floors that I overlooked the little things (like walls so thin I could hear someone sweeping their floor with a broom next door!!!). As time went on and my patio furniture was stolen on 3 different occasions, my car was towed because I didn't return the affections of one of their security officers, my front door was left wide open after an exterminator visit and my kitchen was regularly ransacked by the pest control service emptying my cabinets and tossing my belongings everywhere, I decided to move and not look back. Their managment has the most defensive attitude I've ever encountered too. It's always the renters fault. Also, I didn't like paying $47/month for water no matter what. Low rent but things add up quickly.
