I've currently live here a year and it has been a horrible experience the entire time. The complex advertises sound proof construction, but they're more like paperwalls. I have never introduced myself to my neighbors, yet I know the moms' name, her daughters' name and the name of their stupid pets! I hear their alarm go off every morning at 6 a.m. I also get a personal concert from my other neighbors on the other side, who blasts his music every night after the office has closed. It took almost 7 months for them to finally get evicted. Instead of everyone paying seperate rent, they should just tear down the construction paper walls and we all live in one room. That's how its felt anyway. And if you don't want to be shell shocked, I would advise you not to move here. Almost every weekend, you can hear gunshots in the middle of the night that wake me out of my sleep. I have never lived in the "hood" or projects, but this is as close as it gets! DON'T MOVE HERE!!

you know what, i lived gere in 2005 and i have all the same complaints. and when we broke our lease because we were afraid of these gunshots hitting us through the many large windows all around us- they put tons of crap on my credit report!! and now that dump haunts me!!!!!!
