Don't be fooled by the online pictures and the model. This place has gone down since changing property management companies. I have lived in these apartments for a year and received decent service and resolution to my various problems, until Lane took over. The current manager showed no compassion or genuine concern when I told her in a matter of 24 not only was a car stolen but another resident's radio was stolen out of her locked car and both incidents occured on property. Yes there is car insurance by we are all single women that live in the complex, sadly I refered them both, and we do not feel safe. Did I mention another female residents home was broken into during broad daylight. This place is a glorified dump with nice hardwood floors. I won't even get started on the roaches and/or the paper thin walls. I won't mention how long it took them to fix my broken thermostat, oh it's still broken.
