The apartments are in a great location and the managment is great. The residents may tend to be snobbish, but for the price what do you expect. Never had any problems and managment kept everyone in line, not that they had to. One problem is that water company will over charge you big time. They don't actually measure you water but guess how much you use based on your hot water usages. Ask the management about this. Its really screwed up.
