an awesome location, apartments are decent

They are certainly not luxury. But they are good.
Most of the staff is nice. The maintenance folk are especially nice and as somebody mentioned, even the mailman is awesome.

I do agree about the other dwellers being quite snobbish. But that's funny because two people so far have mentioned it and I do say hi to everybody and rarely get a friendly response. So, where are the two folks that like being friendly'

The apartments are maintained very nicely and now they are repainting the entire external areas and have already completed painting the breezeways.
