Someone should mention the group of drunks that congregate in the shallow end of the pool making it virtually impossible for my children to swim witout listening to off color remarks and witnessing degenerative alcoholism at its finest. It is the same group every weekend and seems to spearheaded by a most annoying woman with an equally annoying dog (that she leaves on her balcony to bark incessantly) who is always drunker and louder than the rest.

If you are stupid enough to get sucked in to living here, do not make the mistake of living near the pool as you will be woken up every weekend night at some point by this group of inconsiderate drunks.

Security here is a joke and the drunken party crowd could care less about the rest of the tenants. If you have kids, don't even think about this place.

I lived at this apartment community for a year. In relation to this comment, these accusations are a bit stretched. Yes, there was a "lively" group of people at the pool during the weekends, but that group made up the majority of the community. If someone is looking for a place where no one consumes alcohol, maybe an apartment in the heart of a metropolitan city is not the place to live. I never saw anyone being disrespectful when children were present. That being said, people should expect that people who work hard during the week might like to have a beverage with friends. Overall, besides some of the old staff, this was a great place to live.
