I have been living at the Estates since the end of April, so going on 3 months and I LOVE IT! I have not EVER felt unsafe, and I live in a one bedroom. There are nights when I come home from work, well after dark, and there are other girls out walking their dogs or on their phones. The grounds are clean; actually yesterday morning on my way out the door, I saw a maintenance man walking around picking up trash. Since I have moved in, the gates have ONLY been open during Office Hours and not ONCE have I had a problem with maintenance not fixing a problem. (The sprinkler in my outside storage was leaking, but it was a contracted fire company. The Management office had them out and it was fixed within 24 hours. I also got a follow-up call with an apology for the leak from the fire extinguisher company.)My apartment over-looks the pool, and there has only been ONE night when it was loud...I haven't had any issues with noise at all.

As far as the other reviews on this website..some people are dealt lemons and some people are dealt sugar to make lemonade. If you are unhappy move, because it is renters like you who make a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE look like a BAD place to live!
