Estates of Dunwoody

A little pricy, but worth it.

Ive lived in the estates for almost a year now. The apartments are kind of expensive for the area, but you get what you pay for with the interior. Catching thier move-in special doesnt hurt either. Parking is ample and covered is available, but visitors parking is a little small. The club house and pool are great. Theres a nice billiards table, workout room, and coffee bar. Ive never had a maintanance issue, but im sure if I did it would be taken care of in a timely manner. Noise can be an issue since the propety is located off of 285. My unit is at the far end of the highway, so closing my door eliminates any noise. I have to say though, the walls are a bit thin for my taste. The office staff is wonderful, ive never had a problem with the leasing agents. The main issue is price. What you get for the high price is faux marble counters, black whirlpool appliances including washer and dryer, and berber carpet. This might be the best looking apartment in dunwoody but it certainly isnt the most expensive.
