Estates of Dunwoody

I recently visit the apartments, because Im looking for a place to live in the north part of atlanta. Well threw out my visit, while i was checking out the spot, I notice that the apartments community was small and noisey, kids running everwhere. The apt isnt worth the money at all, the prices are a bit much, and the apts are so small. Yes the kicthen is nice, and the 3 bedroom apt bath room is very nice, but thats all please look else where. Atlanta has so much to offer esp. if money isn't a problem

My concern with this review is twofold: First, I note that compared to the other reviews here, this individual only visited this apartment complex, and never actually lived there. While I myself do not live at this complex, I visited it twice while looking, and was quite impressed. There were no children running around on either occasion, so I wonder if the author of this review doesn't have this complex confused with another one. Moreover, one should also consider the quality of the review and writing...please note the typos and spelling errors contained therein - it does not appear you are dealing with a very knowledgeable individual. Therefore, please consider that before giving his/her review any weight. |

Your reply is a bit one sided. Just because an indivdual has typos doesn't necessarily discredit their opinion. If that is your basis of rebuttal, then you are a poor person to exchange rhetoric with. I can point out plenty of problems with this complex, but thats for a different review.

No, the typos and spelling errors were not the basis of my rebuttal - you clearly didn't read my response before attacking. First, I pointed out that the person who wrote the review never actually lived there. That is a very important fact to consider when weighing what was said. Second, I pointed out that when I looked at the Estates (on several different occasions), there were no children running around at all. That made me wonder what the author was talking about, or whether the author was referring to the Estates at all. Then, at the very end, I noticed the typos and spelling errors. One does lose credibility with that many typos and spelling errors, I'm sorry to say. I have visited the complex several times now, and for an apartment complex, the interior is so nice it stands out in my mind. And I don't think it's any coincidence that most of those who live there and wrote in to this sight all remark on how nice the interior is... I'm sorry you chose to take my remarks personally and attack. Are you the author of the anonymous review? Is that why you took what I had to say so personally? |
