Mostly Good, Some Challenges

I looked at 20 apartments last year in this area and this was the nicest looking. When I first moved, I had a couple of repairs. The work that was done was less than professional, the maintenance staff is very nice, but the work that was done was "bandaid" repair. The office staff is wonderful and always friendly. Parking has become a problem with many car break-ins over the last few months. There has been two broken down cars with flat tires and stickers all over them in the parking lot for at least 6 months. As well, tenants park in front of the building in the "no parking" zone, constatnly making it difficult and unsafe to drive past them. I find the apartments to be VERY quiet, excellent sound proofing, VERY clean and some nice upgrades. Probably a major downfall is that you are forced to have comcast as a provider for telephone and cable, if you want these utilities. Comcast, especially the person that Estates of Dunwoody reccomends you contact are HORRIBLE. All in all, it is clean, nice and a good place to live. Every place has it's challenges and you must pick and choose which you want to deal with.
